Dandy Blend Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- 1 teaspoon Dandy Blend
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Dash of cinnamon and sea salt
- Optional: chopped bananas and/or berries
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a tight-fitted container, such as a mason jar, and mix well.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Stir and enjoy cold or warmed up over the stove.
