Dandy Blend Overnight Oats
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1 teaspoon Dandy Blend
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Dash of cinnamon and sea salt
  • Optional: chopped bananas and/or berries

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a tight-fitted container, such as a mason jar, and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Stir and enjoy cold or warmed up over the stove.
