Unwind and restore with this deeply relaxing Yin Yoga and Sound Healing experience. Guided by gentle postures held for longer periods, Yin Yoga helps cultivate stillness and balance within the body and mind. The session concludes with immersive sound healing — crystal bowls and vibrational tones that promote deep relaxation and emotional release.
