Sarah Lesgourgues*

Birth Keeper & Doula
Sarah Lesgourgues

Sarah Lesgourgues is the Personal Training Manager and Lead Specialist for Fit For Birth, a restorative movement and healing system supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and long-term recovery.

Her work focuses on restoring foundational function after childbirth by addressing breath, core and pelvic floor integrity, nervous system regulation, and gradual strength rebuilding. Rather than prioritizing intensity, the Fit For Birth approach emphasizes safety, awareness, and reconnection as the foundation for sustainable strength.

Sarah oversees program design, training standards, and client care within the Fit For Birth system, ensuring a calm, individualized, and respectful approach to healing and strength restoration. Sessions integrate breathwork, corrective movement, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and progressive strength in a way that supports both physical recovery and embodied confidence.

The Fit For Birth system is informed by the Exercise for Longevity, which views strength as a tool for long-term vitality and resilience rather than pressure or performance.

This work supports women from early postpartum through many years beyond birth, offering a grounded pathway back to feeling safe, capable, and strong in the body.
